Returns

Product returns will only be accepted when accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued by belmatic.ca. Please contact Belmatic.ca for return approval and an RMA number.

Return shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer and goods must be received in the original packaging in "new, re-sellable " condition. Belmatic.ca will then reimburse the buyer the full value minus a 20% restocking fee of the order and less the original shipping charges.  Alkaline and Primary Lithium batteries are non-refundable.

Belmatic.ca strives to ensure that all orders placed are processed and shipped as per customer order however if the incorrect product is shipped to you kindly let us know immediately and we will rectify the order at no additional cost to the customer.
