We ship from Hanover, Ontario Canada, N4N 2V6

Orders on in-stock items are typically shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.  Free local pick up available at our location in Hanover, Ontario.

Shipping and Handling:

Internet orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays. By shipping with Canada Post Expedited Parcel, UPS, Purolator or FedEx Belmatic.ca is committed to providing our customers with a carrier that is reliable and responsible with their shipments. Typically your order will be shipped the next business day with an estimated delivery of 1-5 business days. (Canada Post delivery between 3-10 days) PLEASE NOTE: stated shipping times do not include weekends and holidays. Should you have a question about your shipment or a special request please contact us directly.

Belmatic.ca reserves the right to ship via any method listed above based on the customer shipping address. PLEASE NOTE: no additional shipping fees will be applied.

Shipping charges will be applied to all orders placed. All orders are shipped complete. In the event that an item is not in stock the order is held until all items are ready to ship. Belmatic.ca will notify customers when an item is not in stock.

Incorrect Address:

Belmatic.ca cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that the shipping address submitted during the order process is correct. If a package is deemed undeliverable by Canada Post or courier service the additional shipping charges for returning the package will be deducted when a refund is made. In the event an order is returned due to incorrect address belmatic.ca requires a new order to be submitted as additional shipping costs will apply to deliver the order once again. Please note: if the error in shipping address was made by belmatic.ca the order will be re-sent to the customer at no additional expense.

Shipping Restrictions:

Please be advised that some battery chemistries are restricted from shipping by air. Belmatic.ca takes these restrictions very seriously and will ensure your product arrives safely.

Shipping Notes:

Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order’s arrival. If your order has not arrived after 15 business days please contact belmatic.ca immediately. Please be advised that we do not refund shipping. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Product returns will only be accepted when accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued by belmatic.ca.  Please refer to "Returns" for additional information.
